ACCESS TO ROOMS: The rooms available to our guests are verified, functional and in good condition. Any occupancy of the room consequently leads to the recognition by the client of the inventory and the condition of the furniture. Our guests are invited to report immediately to the hotel reception any breach. Rooms are available from 2PM and must be vacated by 12AM. In case of departure after 12AM and before 2.30PM or arrival before 2PM a supplement will be charged according to the price conditions. In case of departure beyond 14:30PM, an additional night will be charged. To keep the room an extra night, reception must be informed by 11AM the same day, subject to availability. The room is intended for a specific number of people; to ensure hotel security, no additional guests will be accommodated.
PROHIBITIONS: We remind you that the ban on smoking has been in effect in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in compensation of 50.00€ . It is forbidden to use gas appliances in the rooms.
ANIMALS: Small animals (dogs and cats) are accepted but subject to conditions: Be kept on a leash in all the common parts of our establishment, to be left outside the enclosure of the establishment for their natural needs . Animals must not be left alone in the room. An additional charge will be charged per animal and per night depending on fare conditions. In case of degradation of the room, a fee of 90 € will be charged.
RECEPTION: disclaims any liability for luggage or objects deposited in public places.
DEGRADATION / NUISANCES: We ask our customers to respect the place and the room as a whole. In case of degradation, the customer will have to incur civil liability. During the stay, a key allowing free access to the room will be given to the client; in case of loss, the repair will be charged € 25. Remember to bring the key back to the reception when you leave. To respect the rest of other guests, be careful not to slam doors or make too much noise especially between 9 pm and 9 am. Any noise of neighborhood related to the behavior of a person or an animal under its responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, as long as the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (article R.1334-30 R 1334-31 of the Public Health Code), a hotel room is a place of rest. All commerce is strictly prohibited in order to fight against the exploitation of minor (client as accompanying). In case of more serious degradation the customer will be charged the amount of repairs.
